For many users, Google Analytics is a simple tool that just offers users a basic understanding of what happens on their website and with traffic, but for the expert user, there is so much more value, insight and potential. Since the launch of Google Analytics, the opportunities have continuously expanded and, today, the average user only uses between 10 and 20 % of all the elements available. This means that Google Analytics offers most organizations a significant increase in value if we go beyond scratching the surface and dive deeper into the system. This masterclass seeks to draw back the curtains and inspire participants to take their use of analytics to the next level.

During the session, participants will get a chance to work with their own data to establish an understanding of what they can learn from the current data and why, where and how the data can be enhanced, improved and enriched to create an analytics setup that provides the organization with the operational answers it needs to optimize digital activities.
