On Tuesday the 5th of November, IIH Nordic invited participants to a Social Media update (Big Brands and Social Media – 2020 and beyond), at our headquarters on Islands Brygge in Copenhagen. We welcomed guest speaker Andreas Füchsel from Post Office Social and, together with our own Ida Madsen and Anine Arnild, they shared the latest insights and strategies that companies need to think about when it comes to their own social media strategies in 2020 and beyond.

In his talk, Andreas Füchsel, Post Office Social, will dive into the case studies of some of Denmark’s biggest retailers and multi-location companies to understand the potential of being hyper local on social media. His talk will cover experiences of including local staff in content creation and present actionable content advice, applicable to all businesses.
