The mission of IIH Nordic is to create value through the latest technology and digital knowledge with the help of continuous education and development of intelligent people.

This also means that at the start of 2017, we implemented a 4-day 30-hour weekday for all IIH Nordics employees – without a reduction in salary. We do not work on Fridays, but instead spend the day on things that increase our life quality.

We have experienced it to give a high satisfactory to our employees, less sick days and stress, and not the least – a positive effect on our revenue. Happy and motivated employees are efficient employees.
