By the beginning of 2020 Robert returned to the consultancy side, after working 10 years in telecom, where he established a data driven decision making culture and led an agile team at TDC Group. Robert serves clients such as LEGO, Elkjøp and Bonnier Publications with his expertise on building data foundations and providing Google Cloud solutions. From his earlier work Robert has experience with digital transformation, implementing data driven decision making mind-sets and leading agile teams of 180+ people to build data foundations and improve marketing results.

Heidi is the Commercial Director for the Consumer division of Life Extension Europe, an e-Commerce company selling food supplements in Europe, where she’s also responsible for corporate Marketing & IT. Through data activation, Life Extension Europe has improved knowledge of customer journeys and improved the conversion rate with 40% and experienced a 62% increase in transactions.

With almost 20 years of experience in retail and the last 10+ years in roles mainly focusing on turnaround and growth, Heidi brings in expertise within strategy, innovation and consumers. She has previously been with international brand companies like Gillette, P&G, L’Oreal, Cloetta to retail chains as Coop and MENY – and now in e-Commerce.
