Henrik Stenmann
Henrik Stenmann founded the digital agency IIH Nordic in 2005, which today brings together more than 50 specialists working with data, digital strategy, and marketing.
From the very beginning, his guiding vision was to create Denmark’s best workplace while unlocking the full potential of data and facts. Henrik has a passion for improving and optimizing existing processes and methodologies.

Rasmus Luckow-Nielsen
Rasmus is CEO and Partner at Reload, where he holds a strategic leadership role.
Since childhood, Rasmus has been curious about technology and cannot deny his background as a developer. In recent years, AI has become a particular area of interest — especially its long-term implications, risks, and opportunities for society.

Achton Smidt Winther
Achton is a Senior Developer & Architect at Reload – and our unofficial AI guru. He’s the expert and our go-to person when it comes to new and complex technology.
For many years, he’s been a valued and beloved member of the LokalBolig team, where he’s affectionately known as “the plumber” — partly because he’s responsible for their entire cloud infrastructure.

Kristina Vehn
Kristina is COO at IIH Nordic and plays a central role in ensuring that strategy, operations, and people work seamlessly together.
She has a strong background in digital marketing and business development and is passionate about creating the right conditions for teams to perform and thrive. With a sharp eye for both processes and people, she works to deliver results that last – while making everyday life a little better for everyone around her.

Christian Doeleman-Lassen
Christian is Director of AI & Digital Marketing Strategy at IIH Nordic, advising on everything from digital strategy and SEO to AI and marketing.
As a specialist with more than 15 years of experience in search engine optimization and online marketing, he has helped businesses grow through data, strategy, and creativity. He is the person colleagues turn to when faced with a challenge with no clear way forward – Christian always manages to find a solution.

Bjørn Borup
Bjørn is Director at the Red Cross and has spent the past 20 years in senior leadership positions at director and C-level within digital transformation and business development. His career includes roles as CIO, CDO, and CMO in public, political organizations, and NGOs.
With a Master’s in Communication and Public Relations and an Executive Master in Public Administration (MPA), he combines strategic vision with a deep understanding of how technology can create real impact.
