IIH Nordic & Boligsiden: Transforming Danish Property Search Through Strategic SEO

Together with Boligsiden, we have created an SEO strategy that combines technical innovation, AI, and user insights to make property search in Denmark even more relevant, fast, and user-friendly.

Boligsiden aimed to strengthen its position in a highly competitive market, where all major players were experiencing declines in organic traffic. The goal was to achieve growth through a mix of technical innovation and data-driven SEO strategy – and the results speak for themselves.

Together with Q8, we developed a PPC strategy that supports the company’s transformation from a traditional energy provider into a leading player in e-mobility. Through precise targeting and strong messaging, search became a key driver of real business value.

The automotive and transport industry is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by electrification, new consumer behaviors, and increasing sustainability demands. In this shift, search became the strategic tool that enabled Q8 to gain market share and strengthen its position.
