The European Search Awards has just released the shortlist for 2025, and the result speaks for itself: IIH Nordic is not just nominated – we are the most shortlisted Danish agency in the competition. Since 2011, the European Search Awards has celebrated the most innovative and effective efforts in PPC, Content Marketing, and SEO, and our 11 nominations across different categories are an extraordinary recognition of our team’s dedication and expertise.

There’s always something special about seeing the work we do every day—with colleagues and clients—being recognised like this. Being shortlisted across multiple categories is a sign of the innovation, curiosity, and drive our team brings to the table—every single day. 11 nominations is amazing in itself, but what really stands out to me is that they span across 9 of our clients with 10 different cases—that really says something about how broad our capabilities are, and how consistently we’re able to deliver impact across different industries, challenges, and teams.

It’s also interesting to look at this year’s shortlist, where independent agencies seem to be making a strong showing compared to some of the larger global networks. On top of that, I’m seeing a shift in how AI is creating value for us and our clients. Everyone can scale output with AI these days, so for us, it’s just as much about elevating quality—and I think that really comes through in the work we’ve been nominated for. Craft still matters—a lot. And it’s that combination of strong execution and our specialists’ deep understanding of our clients’ businesses that truly drives value.
