Exploit data analytics and customer insights
to make the right decisions
GDPR is the new EU-data protection regulation, which takes the form as both a challenge and an opportunity for your business. It assures that the data protection regulations in your business are adjusted to the digital age and allow individuals to gain more control over their personal data. At the same time, there is a lot of things you, as a business, have to take action towards to be ready by May 25th, when the GDPR becomes effective.
HR-data, CRM-data and even a digital check-in at the reception is covered by the GDPR. Other than that, data used by web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics are also affected.
At IIH Nordic, we help businesses to map out the relevant data source, store them centrally, for example in a data lake and set up a functional data landscape, that complies with the terms of the GDPR and ensures the client that their data is reliable, easy to access and controllable with a secure and informed consent from the user.
